15 years of experience: satisfied customers, secure business
PLP Law Group’s history of formation and development dates back to 2002, when the registration of the first specialized firm in the future Group, which provided services in the securities market, was incorporated.
In 2004, a law firm was incorporated as a “legal boutique” to provide the clients with highly specialized corporate law services. Over the next three years, the Law firm’s leading expertise is the practice of legal protection of businesses against hostile takeovers and raids.
In the period from 2008 to 2010, taking into account the numerous requests of the clients for legal services in other fields except the corporate law, the “boutique” format of legal practice of the Group was changed into the complex legal services. As part of this transformation, a complex rebranding of the Group is made, the list of branches of law in which PLP Law Group’s lawyers provide qualified legal services is significantly expanded, the staff is increased, and the Group’s office is relocated to Podil, where it is still located.
In 2016, the Group actively promotes its investment support and registration services in Ukraine for the clients from Poland.
In 2017, the PLP Law Group’s reputation and competence are confirmed by:
– the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kiev
– Foreign Trade Bureau of RAIN in Kyiv
Also in 2017, PLP Law Group Founding Partner Andrii Popko was appointed as the Chairman of the Committee on Financial and Legal Affairs of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce.
At the end of 2018, the Group’s launched with a new line of business activity – franchising consulting, and at the beginning of 2019 signs the first agreement on exclusive representation of the largest Polish franchise in Ukraine.
In January 2019, Andrii Popko became the sole owner of PLP Law Group and the Managing Partner of the law firm “PLP Legal Office “.
